Tri-Town President & Co-Founder Receives Volunteer Award and Commendation

John Crouthamel, a long-time resident of Chatham Borough received the 2019 Community Volunteer Award and Commendation at Fishawack Festival on Saturday, June 8. While his three daughters grew up, John served as a recreational coach and band parent, was a member of the Corpus Christi church council and is a former president and current trustee of the Senior Center of the Chathams. John currently volunteers as President and co-founder of Tri-Town 55+ Coalition, a nonprofit dedicated to implementing age-friendly initiatives in the community such as the Rides for Seniors program.
